14.1xxR The IMC impact milling cutter line welcomes three new members. Models 14.100R, 14.120R, and 14.150R can be used with recycled water. Their particularly high impact force in combination with their diamond or carbide teeth makes them perfect for removing the hardest of deposits, such as concrete and limescale. |

Based on the material the line is made of, you can also choose to operate these cutters without impact. They can be deployed in lines from 100 – 150 mm (4 – 6”). With these impact milling cutters, the entire value creation chain is in your hands. Plus, you see a direct benefit from using equipment that brings you the lowest operating costs for removing hard deposits.

UC-13-3 The UC13-3 enz® nozzle (13 mm, 0.5”) cleans pipes with a diameter of 15 – 25 mm (0.6 – 1.0”), such as in industrial heat exchangers and pipelines. Thanks to the intelligently designed short form of this nozzle, it can clean both bent and straight pipes, with pressures of up to 3000 bar (> 43 kpsi) being feasible. |

One particularly valuable characteristic of this nozzle comes in the form of enz’s cross jet technology, which makes it possible to achieve excellent results when clearing blockages. Between enz’s sapphire nozzles and enz’s braking principle, the UC13 delivers excellent flushing jet density at 3000 bar (43 kpsi).

- Loosening hard, persistent deposits of polymers, minerals, salts, scale, and
carbon residue
- Polishing in preparation for inspections, universal cleaning

The enz® pendulum nozzle is designed for targeted cleaning of egg-shaped profiles. It features a sophisticated weight distribution system and off-center connecting threads. These characteristics help the nozzle constantly level off and maintain its position. The force of the water is directed downward, enabling optimal cleaning along the floor without a loss of water power. The pendulum nozzle’s weight ensures it remains close to the bottom of the pipe.
